If you are not satisfied with a product that you have bought, please return it to us for a full refund. We regret, however, that we cannot refund return postage costs.

In the unlikely event that any of the items you have ordered were delivered to you in a less than perfect condition, please contact Customer Services within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

	The following terms & conditions contain the whole of our agreement relating to your purchase, prices and contact details. These terms cannot be varied except when given in writing by the Director of Herbal Cures Limited. Herbal Ayur is owned and operated by Herbal Cures Limited (a UK company. Company Registration number: 3803972 England & Wales ). In order to protect your own interests please read our terms and conditions carefully before accepting them. If you want a hard copy of these terms and conditions please use you internet browser facilities to print a copy. 	Terms of Sale
	When you place an order, we will confirm the acceptance of the order by sending you an automated email your email address. This does not constitute a contract to supply. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any person or company for any reason. We accept no liability (to the fullest extent allowed by law) for the accuracy of information contained on this website. We use all reasonable endeavours to adhere to the delivery times set. All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. The product prices do not include delivery charges. The overseas deliveries – It is deemed that the purchase is in the UK. As requested by you, we will deliver to the overseas address. You should be aware of the import laws for the products and pay the necessary taxes in that country ( if applicable) Once you have paid for the goods, the title for the goods will pass to you.

	You must be over 18 years old and should have means to pay for the goods you have ordered from our website.
	Delivery Policy & Costs
	Free delivery only applies if the value of available goods exceeds Ł30 for online & mail order/e-mail and phone orders ( UK mainland only). Ł5 will be added for post and packing for UK orders less than Ł30. For all overseas deliveries the cost of carriage is calculated by weight and country. Orders will be despatched within 3 working days by next day courier or Royal Mail, whichever is more suitable.
	Out of Stock Items
	When we process the order, if there are items that are not in stock we will endeavour to get them from our suppliers as soon as practicable. We will keep you informed of the items that will follow . If our supplier is unable to supply the goods then we will refund the full amount of the goods not delivered directly to your credit / debit card.
	Product Information & Allergy Advice
	The products show on the website with information, dietary flags, photographs, and pack sizes are all for illustrative purposes and general advice. Though we believe them to be correct they cannot be guaranteed. We try and keep up to date with the changes to packages, dietary information and ingredients. However we may not always be as up to date as we would like so please always check the details on the packaging before using. This is very important if you have allergic reactions to any ingredients.

	Credit Card Payments We are able to take payment from the following credit/debit cards: VISA, MasterCard, DELTA, Switch and Solo. Charges to your credit card will be shown as Herbal Cures Limited or Herbal Ayur. If we are refused authority for payment at any stage, we reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you.
	Credit Card Safety Herbal Ayur relies on the technology provided by the payment gateway company. Currently we use Paypal to receive payments. You can place your orders using the Paypal system or you can fax or post your credit/debit card information to us. Any losses sustained by the transmission of personal information by e-mail or Internet links shall be borne exclusively by you.

	Cancellation
	You may cancel your order by informing us of this by e-mailing us at info@herbalayur.com any time up to seven days from receiving delivery. Goods are to be returned to us at your expense in an unused, unopened, condition without the seals or wrapping being removed or broken. We will refund your money within 14 days of receipt of the goods or within 30 days of your cancellation, whichever is the earlier.
