We started Herbal Ayur based on the experience of one of the founder members. He was a Finance & operational director of companies in a fast moving industry.  He worked all the hours gods sent and eventually, you guessed it !  got burnt out.

He came across Ayurveda a holistic system.

So, he decided to go to India and get his body and soul sorted out. After  8 days of Ayurvedic treatment, he came back to the UK, refreshed reenergised and all of physical problems treated and on top of the world.

At Herbal Ayur – massages we introduced and practiced the principles of Ayurveda. We provide authentic Ayurveda treatment and practices so that the individuals who use our services are encouraged to integrate Ayurveda into their daily life for their own benefit to bring peace, balance of body, mind and soul. Herbal Ayur Retreats

The people who came to our centers wanted to know more about the relationship between Ayurveda, Yoga & Meditation. It was decided if we set up weekend retreats & detox programme so that we could explain this better. So our second division was born. We currently hold one retreat a month. Herbal Ayur – On-Line selling

The next natural progression was to make available to our customers and to the world healthy foods & herbal supplements and remedies. So we set up this on-line selling site.
